Partial Refunds

- If you've completed 20-40% of content within the first 21 days, you may qualify for a 50% refund
- Technical issues on our end that significantly impact your learning experience may qualify for prorated refunds
- Course cancellations initiated by Persistx always result in full refunds, regardless of progress
Non-Refundable Situations
We can't process refunds in these circumstances:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase
- Courses where you've completed more than 50% of the content
- Specialized workshops or intensive programs where materials were sent in advance
- Promotional or discounted courses purchased during special sales (clearly marked at checkout)
- Subscription renewals where you continued accessing content after the renewal date

Important Timeline Note
All refund requests must be initiated by the person who made the original purchase. If your course was purchased by an employer or third party, that organization needs to submit the refund request on your behalf. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods than the original purchase.

If you accidentally purchased the wrong course and contact us within 48 hours before accessing the content, we can typically switch you to the correct course without any fees.
Duplicate Purchase

Course Not as Expected
If the course content significantly differs from the description and you notify us within 14 days with less than 20% completion, you're eligible for a full refund.

Schedule Conflicts
For live cohort programs, if you can't attend and notify us at least 7 days before the start date, we'll refund your payment minus a 10% administrative fee.

What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed, your access to the course materials will be removed within 24 hours. Any certificates or completion records associated with the course will be invalidated. Downloaded materials should be deleted from your devices as they remain Persistx's intellectual property.
You're welcome to re-enroll in any course in the future. Previous refunds don't affect your ability to purchase other courses, though repeated refund requests may trigger additional verification steps.
